Nicole Finch joined Andy Lewis HVAC as their Office Manager over twelve years ago. New to the HVAC world there was a lot to learn, however proving she is a quick learner she jumped right in. Being the office manager, Nicole handles a little bit of everything and her role has changed a lot since she joined the team. Although her main focuses include AP, HR, Payroll, and Marketing, you can find her greeting clients when they walk in the door and helping any department when they need her.

Nicole started preparing for her office management role at a young age. After school, she would help her Grandmother with payroll and other office tasks for the family business. The skills she learned along with her dependability, organization, ability to prioritize, and wanting to help others thrive are all keys to Nicole’s success. While working directly with Mike and Lynn McAndrew on various projects, she is critical to the continued success and growth of Andy Lewis HVAC.

Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking and baking, spa days, hiking, and movie nights.
