Professionalism and knowledge was second to none
Tech Patrick came out to help us on Christmas Eve. His professionalism and knowledge was second to none. He helped us understand the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I was afraid to know what a Sunday Holiday call process was going to turn into. I called in and he responded to let us know his status in less than 5 min. He arrived the exact time he quoted and jumped right in.
Customer service is excellent
We did a lot of research on pricing and reviews for different companies but decided to go with Andy Lewis. The pricing in the Charlotte area was similar, unless you went with someone that didn’t have proper licensing which we were not willing to do. We chose AL because of their customer service and easy scheduling and warranty etc. We got a furnace and HVAC from them in 2021 and they text me whenever it’s time to get a free maintenance check up each year which I appreciate a ton. All of the guys that have come out have been quick, respectful, personable, and know what they are doing. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Definitely recommend!!

Today I have a great experience with the company representative. He definitely shows to have great knowledge about my request. Very respectful and very sensitive about what and how I wants things to be done. Also I have to said that he really proves himself to have knowledge about the company, and the product he was offering.
Took his time to listen
Trey M was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional and took his time to listen to me so he could work on the problem. He was thorough and knowledgeable of the system and after finding the problem, he located the vents, adjusted them and explained the problem to me. I would personally request his service if I ever have any issue. Thank you for being professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
They honor their warranty
Great people, great price, they honor their warranty. I was completely satisfied with all the work they did (new gas heater & HVAC split system, some ductwork) the first time. I had some concerns a year later about how the compressor was doing and they were great about taking a look at it. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
