We did a lot of research on pricing and reviews for different companies but decided to go with Andy Lewis. The pricing in the Charlotte area was similar, unless you went with someone that didn’t have proper licensing which we were not willing to do. We chose AL because of their customer service and easy scheduling and warranty etc. We got a furnace and HVAC from them in 2021 and they text me whenever it’s time to get a free maintenance check up each year which I appreciate a ton. All of the guys that have come out have been quick, respectful, personable, and know what they are doing. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Definitely recommend!!
