Rodney started his HVAC career 35 years ago. During this time, he has gained experience in both new construction, residential, and light commercial HVAC installations. Being interested in the construction industry and wanting to master a trade, he has worked his way up into the management team and has become a top leader in the heating and air conditioning industry.

As a Production Supervisor at Andy Lewis HVAC, Rodney uses his strong communication skills along with his ability to work well with others to build strong relationships with both our builders and employees. He works directly with our installation crews to ensure they are up to date on all code and safety regulations and shares his extensive knowledge to ensure that each and every installation Andy Lewis HVAC completes is done correctly while meeting important deadlines. Rodney takes pride in his work and always considers the customers’ needs and comfort in their new home.

Rodney enjoys helping others, and spending time with his family is very important to him. One favorite past time for him and his family is bowling.
