Paul New retired from the United States Army in 2010 as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, after 22 years of active duty service. Once retired from the United States, Army Paul quickly decided to start a career in the HVAC industry. He started in HVAC installation, Service and Repair and proving that he is a quick leaner moved to Sales, Production Management and finally settling into his current position has the Residential Replacement Manager at Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning.  Paul uses his over 12 years of HVAC experience together with his experience in the United Stated Army to bring senior leadership, management and team building knowledge to the Andyman Team.

Paul sets and enforces high standards for his installation teams and strives for quality craftsmanship in each and every residential replacement Andy Lewis Heating & Air completes. A key to his success is that his number one goal has always been to maintain excellent customer service as well as customer comfort. One way he accomplishes this is by staying current with the building, mechanical and electrical codes.  He makes it a priority to keep his installation teams trained and updated as well.

Even outside of work Paul likes to stay busy! On the weekends you can find him either working in his garden, spending time at the lake and enjoying time with his family. Hunting and fishing trips are always welcome as well.
